This article discusses a few strategies that need attention to be implemented by the Islamic Scholar in the effort to approach the Ummah. Challenges faced in the modern era today require excellence strategies in the deed to be closer to the ummah. The Da’wah sermon intended for the target group could influence their acceptance. Before that, Islamic Scholars need to apply the strategic approach by considering elements that dominate a person and their behavior towards taming the Ummah's emotions and feelings to accept the Da’wah conveyed. The method of this article is content analysis. The study reveals four main focuses of Islamic scholars in framing the strategy to approach Ummah: dominating the thinking needs element, spiritual, soul, and physical. Those strategies are the reasons that persuade towards behaviors and the Ummah.
